Noise
- Noise measurement method
Compliance with the above standards shall be determined by measuring the noise level based on the mean average of not less than three (3) 20-minute measurements for any given time period.
From the ordinance
All land use projects requiring a Development Permit, or a Use Permit shall comply with the noise standards provided herein. Permitted residential land uses, including parcel and tentative maps, are not subject to these standards.
