Landscaping & trees

    Each occupied space shall contain at least one (1) live fifteen (15) gallon tree.

  • Access street classification

    Each mobile-home park shall have access on a major collector or larger street.

  • Drainage required

    The ground surface in all parts of every mobile-home park shall be graded and equipped to drain all surface water in a safe, efficient manner.

  • Irrigation required

    All required landscaping shall be maintained with a permanent watering system.

  • Common recreational areas shall be provided for the benefit of residents based on the minimum standard of two hundred (200) square feet of recreational area for each permitted mobile-home space.

    Trash storage areas shall be provided and distributed throughout the park. Said trash storage areas shall be screened from public view by a solid wall.

  • Underground utilities required

    All utilities shall be underground.

  • The height of a wall or fence shall be measured from the highest grade level.

Parking

Mobile-home parks shall be a minimum of five (5) gross acres. The maximum permitted density shall be ten (10) units per gross acre.
