Outdoor Advertising Displays are permitted only in the following zones, provided that the Outdoor Advertising Display meets all of the other requirements of the zoning classifications and this Chapter: C-1, Neighborhood Commercial Zone; C-2, General Commercial Zone; C-3, Highway Commercial Zone; CRR, Commercial, Residential, Resort Zone; M-1, Light Manufacturing Zone; and M-2, General Manufacturing Zone. Outdoor Advertising Displays are expressly prohibited in all other zones.
