- Bar area separation
Any bar or lounge areas for the separate service of alcoholic beverages shall be separated from dining areas by partitions or fixed screens.

At least fifty (50) percent of the indoor and outdoor area provided for the service of customers shall be arranged and equipped with tables and chairs and/or table-height counters for dining use.
- Separate food and alcohol sales records
Each such restaurant shall keep records of food sales separate from records of alcoholic beverage sales and make such records available to city inspection personnel for the purpose of enforcing this section.
