Open space requirement for lot size reduction
single-family residential lot sizes in a PUD may only be reduced below the minimum standards required by the appropriate zone if usable open space is provided either within the PUD in an amount equal to or greater than the sum of all reductions of the minimum lot size or usable public open space is located adjacent to the PUD.
