Noise
- Construction hours
Outdoor noise producing construction activities shall only take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) between the hours of seven-thirty a.m. and five-thirty p.m. unless allowed at other times by the commission

Backup generators shall only be operated during power outages and for testing and maintenance purposes. Testing and maintenance shall only take place on weekdays between the hours of eight-thirty a.m. and four-thirty p.m.
