Wineries are permitted to be located or operated on parcels zoned AP or AW only if the single parcel on which it is located meets the following minimum parcel size: ... ten acres. The maximum coverage of new or expanded wineries shall be twenty-five percent of the existing parcel or fifteen acres, whichever is less.
