Deed restrictions shall be recorded against parcels receiving housing funds and shall be effective for a minimum of forty years with respect to each affordable unit. For rental projects, the agreement shall require the continued affordability of all rental units... for a minimum of fifty-five years... For for-sale projects, the affordable housing agreement shall require the continued affordability of the for-sale units for forty-five years.
