From the ordinance
Seasonal farmworker center is a farmworker center, as defined by Section 18.08.293 of this code, composed entirely of farm labor trailers, as defined by Section 15.40.010 of this code, or which includes permanent structures existing on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, provided that more than half the beds in such structures are occupied for no more than one hundred twenty days in any calendar year, and for no more than ninety days consecutively.
