All development and uses within the NP districts shall be in accordance with approved design guidelines and, except for certain uses, an approved development plan.

Parking
Number of off-street parking spaces required shall be as set forth in Table 18.66.280 or in an approved development plan. All required parking shall be provided off-street except residential guest parking may be on-street. Fractions of one-third or greater require one full space.
