Lighting

  • Outdoor lighting shielding

    All outdoor lighting shall be shielded and directed onto the subject property only, so that the light source is not visible from adjacent properties or streets. (18.32.080 D)

  • Parking areas shall not be located within any required setback area. (18.32.070 B)

    Parking lots shall be landscaped at a minimum ratio of one tree per six parking spaces for double-loaded stalls and one tree per three spaces for single-loaded stalls. (18.32.070 B)
