Cannabis manufacturing operations shall be limited to volatile solvents only if the manufacturing facility is located in the Heavy Industrial (HI) zoning district.

Cannabis cultivation may only be permitted in the Light Industrial (LI), Heavy Industrial (HI), Agricultural Industrial (AI), or Farmland (F) zoning districts. Cannabis manufacturing facilities may be permitted in the Heavy Industrial (HI) zoning district, including volatile solvents.
