    A commercial vacation rental that is not accessible directly from a public road shall be subject to Monterey County Code Chapter 16.80. Upon making an application with the County for vacation rental use, the operator shall be required to mail notice to all properties with ownership or access rights to the private road.

  • Renewal term7 years

    The use permit shall be extended by the appropriate authority by seven years upon each renewal, unless the appropriate authority finds that the operation is subject to revocation or modification according to the criteria set forth in Section 21.74.060.
