- Co-location required
Where a wireless communication facility exists on the proposed site location, co-location shall be pursued to the maximum extent feasible.

Ground-mounted antennas as defined in Section 21.64.310F4 of this Chapter are exempt, provided the height of the antenna does not exceed zoning district height requirements.

Any exterior lighting, except as required for FAA regulations for airport safety, shall be manually operated and used only during night maintenance checks or in emergencies.
- Screening from public viewing areas
Wireless communications facilities shall be screened from any public viewing areas to the maximum extent feasible.
- Site restoration upon termination
The site shall be restored to its natural state within six months of termination of use or abandonment of the site.
- Visual simulation required
A visual simulation of the wireless communication facility shall be provided.
