ADUs and JADUs are subject to the following local regulations... ADUs shall not exceed one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet. JADUs shall not exceed five hundred (500) square feet. Side and rear lot line setbacks for ADUs shall be a minimum of four (4) feet...
