Lighting
- Exterior lighting restriction
Any exterior lighting, except as required for FAA regulations for airport safety, shall be manually operated and used only during night maintenance checks or in emergencies.

- Carrier registration required
All telecommunications carriers and providers that offer or provide any telecommunication services for a fee directly to the public, within the unincorporated areas of the County of Monterey, shall register with the County.
- Co-location encouraged
Where a wireless communication facility exists on the proposed site location, co-location shall be pursued to the maximum extent feasible.
- Least visually obtrusive siting
Wireless communication facilities shall be sited in the least visually obtrusive location possible.
- Screening from public viewing areas
Wireless communications facilities shall be screened from any public viewing areas to the maximum extent feasible.
- Site restoration time6 months
The site shall be restored to its natural state within six months of termination of use or abandonment of the site.
- Visual simulation required
A visual simulation of the wireless communication facility shall be provided.
