Lighting

  • Exterior lighting standards

    All exterior lighting shall be consistent with Design Guidelines for Exterior Lighting; review and approval by Director required; photometric study required. (21.22.070.E)

  • General Development Plan required

    A General Development Plan shall be required prior to the establishment of any development in the Visitor Serving/Professional Office district if the lot is in excess of one acre, or the development includes more than one use, or includes any form of subdivision. (21.22.030)

  • Manufactured dwelling units meeting Section 21.64.040 are permitted subject to requirements of conventional dwelling units. (21.22.080.A)

  • Setbacks for development in the VO district are established by the approval of the General Development Plan where such plan is required; otherwise by the Appropriate Authority through project review based on surrounding land use, parking, landscaping, and site design. (21.22.070.A.2-3)

  • Vehicle trip reduction

    Residential development of 25+ units, commercial/tourist development employing 50+ persons or 25,000+ sq ft subject to Section 21.64.250. (21.22.080.B)
