Lighting
- Exterior lighting standards
All exterior lighting shall be consistent with Design Guidelines for Exterior Lighting; review and approval by Director required; photometric study required. (21.22.070.E)

A General Development Plan shall be required prior to the establishment of any development in the Visitor Serving/Professional Office district if the lot is in excess of one acre, or the development includes more than one use, or includes any form of subdivision. (21.22.030)

Setbacks for development in the VO district are established by the approval of the General Development Plan where such plan is required; otherwise by the Appropriate Authority through project review based on surrounding land use, parking, landscaping, and site design. (21.22.070.A.2-3)
