Lighting

All exterior lighting shall be consistent with the Design Guidelines for Exterior Lighting. Review and approval by Director of Planning required prior to construction permit. Submittal includes photometric study.

Setbacks for developments in the LC District are established by the approval of the General Development Plan where such plan is required. Setbacks for development where a GDP is not required shall be established by the Appropriate Authority through the project review process based on surrounding land use, parking/landscaping, and site design.
