Lighting

  • Exterior lighting consistent with Design Guidelines

    All exterior lighting shall be consistent with the Design Guidelines for Exterior Lighting adopted by the Board of Supervisors.

Other

  • Minimum landscaped area10 pct

    For developments of more than two residential units on a lot, a minimum of ten (10) percent of the developed lot area shall be landscaped prior to occupancy.

  • Minimum recreational area3 pct

    The recreational area shall consist of at least three percent of the lot.

  • Trash enclosure required for developments >5 units

    Developments in excess of five dwelling units on a lot shall provide a trash enclosure area for the residents of the development.

Signage

  • Sign regulations per Chapter 21.60

    Signing for all development shall be established pursuant to Chapter 21.60.

The HDR/5 District in the Rancho Cañada Village Subdivision, as shown on Section 21-16 of the Sectional District Maps, is subject to the following development standards. Minimum building site: 1,600 sq ft. No minimum setbacks. Maximum height: 24 feet. Maximum coverage: 80%.
