A redemption center shall not exceed three thousand (3,000) square feet, and if not contained within a permanent structure shall be contained behind a minimum six (6) foot high view-obstructing fence secure from unauthorized entry. Processing is limited to preparing the accumulated recyclable material for efficient shipping or to an end-user's specifications, including baling, compacting, crushing, mechanical sorting, or shredding, provided that the noise level does not exceed fifty (50) dBA Leq at the property line adjacent to a residential or similar noise sensitive use or sixty (60) dBA Leq at the property line adjacent to a commercial use. All processing shall be conducted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
