From the ordinance
Bed and Breakfast Inns (land use). This land use consists of providing up to five guest bedrooms for overnight lodging, where the use is clearly secondary and incidental to the use of the property as a single-family residence. County requirements applicable to Bed and Breakfast Inns are in Section 22.32.040 (Bed and Breakfast Inns), and applicable Health Department regulations. A Bed and Breakfast Inn with more than five guest rooms is considered a hotel or motel, and is not permitted in a residential zoning district.
