The Agency shall approve or deny the application within 60 days of the date the application is determined to be complete, in compliance with Government Code Section 65852.2.
An application for an accessory dwelling unit or junior accessory dwelling unit shall be considered ministerially, without discretionary review or a public hearing, if the proposed unit complies with all applicable provisions of this Development Code and State law.
From the ordinance
This Chapter shall apply to all accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units proposed to be created in the unincorporated areas of Marin County, in compliance with State law (Government Code Sections 65852.2 and 65852.22) and the provisions of this Development Code.
