  • County Health Department permit required

    A County Health Department permit shall be obtained in compliance with Chapter 7.44 (Mobile Home Parks) of the County Code.

  • Minimum lots prepared before occupancy50 lots

    Prior to occupancy of the first mobile home, not less than 50 mobile home lots shall be prepared and available for occupancy.

  • All utilities underground

    All utilities shall be installed underground. Individual exposed antennae shall not be allowed.

Minimum site area: Ten contiguous acres. Maximum density: ... shall not exceed ten mobile homes of 750 square feet or less in gross floor area per acre or eight mobile homes of more than 750 square feet in gross floor area per acre; or a combination of both. Parking: two parking spaces for each mobile home lot. Setbacks: at least 25 feet from all property lines and streets or public rights-of-way. Height: Mobile homes 15 feet; Accessory structures 15 feet; Service facilities 30 feet.
