Each sign shall also comply with the sign area, height, and other requirements of 22.28.040... Standards for specific sign types: Awning sign: Maximum 25 feet on ground floor awnings; Minimum eight feet from the bottom of the awning to the nearest grade or sidewalk... Freestanding signs: Minimum one foot from a property line in non-residential zones, and a minimum of five feet from a property line in residential zones...
