- Landscaping plan required
Landscaping plans shall be required for all discretionary permit applications for new development unless waived by the Director.

Any trees that are to be removed and for which a Tree Removal Permit is required shall be replaced at a minimum ratio of two new, appropriately sized and installed trees for each tree removed.
