Density bonus

From the ordinance
Any request for a density bonus, incentive, concession, parking reduction, or waiver pursuant to this Section 22.24.020 shall be submitted as part of the first approval of any housing development project and shall be processed, reviewed, and approved or denied concurrently with the discretionary applications required for the project.
