Allowable uses outside 35-feet from top of bank include driveways, road and utility crossings, fish/wildlife habitat projects, water-monitoring installations, passive recreation, water supply and flood control projects, and agricultural uses that do not result in removal of woody riparian vegetation, fencing preventing wildlife access, animal confinement, or substantial increase in sedimentation.
