- Location requirement
Antennas shall be located in the rear portion of the property or structure (i.e., not between the face of the main building and any public street).
- Maximum diameter of satellite dish antenna12 ft
The diameter of a satellite dish antenna shall not exceed 12 feet; however, the Commission may approve a larger diameter antenna for a satellite dish antenna facility subject to use permit approval.
- Screening required
Antennas shall be screened from public view and surrounding parcels. If building-mounted, the antennas shall be screened from ground view by a parapet or other type of screening that blends with the structure.
- Security required
Ground-mounted dish antenna shall be secured from access to the general public by fencing or other deterring device or means as the Town may approve or require so the antenna is not an attractive nuisance.
