- Allowed items for sale
Items that may be sold pursuant to the terms of this section, include, but are not limited to, the following: Housewares, appliances, articles of clothing, sunglasses, auto parts, oils, incense, perfume, lotions, candles, jewelry, toys, stuffed animals, foodstuffs and beverages.

Every permittee, upon receipt of a mobile vendor permit, shall display the permit at all times the mobile vendor is operating.
