- Eligibility
Caretaker housing shall be allowed only where the principal use of the site involves operations, equipment, or other resources that require 24-hour oversight.

The only occupant of a caretaker housing unit shall be a full-time employee of the business, operation, or use that qualifies for caretakers housing.
