Parking

• Bicycle parking requirement

  Each multifamily project of four or more units and any nonresidential use shall provide bicycle parking

• Enclosed parking for hotel/motel

  At least 50 percent of required parking shall be enclosed

• Loading space dimensions

  Loading spaces shall be a minimum of 12 feet in width, 40 feet in length, with at least 14 feet of vertical clearance

• Motorcycle parking ratio

  A minimum of one motorcycle parking space shall be provided for each 50 vehicle spaces or fraction thereof

• Motorcycle space dimensions4 ft by 7 ft

  Motorcycle spaces shall have minimum dimensions of four feet by seven feet

• Parking lot landscaping minimum10 pct

  Each use shall provide landscaping within or around the parking area at a minimum ratio of ten percent of the gross area of the parking lot

• Parking lot tree ratio

  A minimum of one tree... shall be provided for each five parking spaces

• Parking reduction up to 25%

  Reductions of at least one parking space and not exceeding 25 percent of the parking required by Section 17.44.030 may be granted subject to approval of an administrative permit

• Parking reduction exceeding 25%

  Reductions exceeding 25 percent of the parking required by Section 17.44.030 may be granted subject to approval of a use permit

• Parking zones

  Parking zone 1 includes downtown and Old Mammoth Road commercial districts; zone 2 includes mixed Lodging/Residential and Lodestar master plan; zone 3 all other areas
