Notice of a public hearing shall be given by all of the following: (1) Publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town; (2) Mailing to the owner of the property subject to the application, to owners of property within 300 feet of the property subject to the application, and to any person who has filed a written request for notice; and (3) Posting on the property subject to the application.
