Each space shall contain a minimum of 4,000 square feet for exclusive use by the occupants of the space. Each space shall have at least 40 feet of width adjoining an access drive and shall have dimensions capable of accommodating a rectangle with minimum dimensions of 45 feet by 65 feet.
