The keeping of horses in the equestrian overlay zone shall be subject to the following standards: (1) The minimum lot size shall be 20,000 square feet; (2) A maximum of two horses may be kept on a lot having 20,000 square feet; one additional horse may be kept for each additional 10,000 square feet of lot area; (3) No horse may be kept, pastured or penned closer than 50 feet to a dwelling on an adjoining lot, but in no event closer than 25 feet to any property line;
