Parking

  • Covered parking requirement for single family

    Single family dwellings on lots 4,500 sq ft or less shall provide two parking spaces, one covered; on lots greater than 4,500 sq ft, both spaces shall be covered.

Single family residential uses shall provide a minimum of two covered parking spaces per dwelling unit. Multiple family residential uses shall provide a minimum of two parking spaces per dwelling unit, of which at least one space shall be covered.
