Uses permitted for the manufactured housing architectural review overlayed district shall be those uses permitted for the underlying zoning districts, except all manufactured housing installations must comply with the following standards: 1. Roof overhang (minimum twelve inches); 2. Dimensions of unit (minimum twenty feet wide); 3. Off-street parking locations and type (garage, carport, etc.) shall be provided as required by Chapter 18.102.
