- Loading space requirement

Parking
- Parking space accessibility
Parking spaces shall be easily accessible by standard-size automobiles, shall be so designed as to be accessible from a public street or alley, and shall be located so that sufficient area is available for maneuvering purposes.

Common parking facilities may be provided in lieu of the individual requirements contained herein, but such facilities shall be approved by the Building Department as to size, shape, and relationship to business sites to be served, provided the total of such off-street parking spaces, when used together, shall not be less than the sum of the various uses computed separately.
