In R-1, R-2, and R-3 zones, no barbed wire shall be used or maintained in or about the construction of a fence, wall, hedge, or screen planting along the front, side or rear lines of any lot, or within three feet of the lines.

No fence, wall, or screen planting of any kind shall be constructed or grown to exceed a maximum of six feet in height between the rear property line of a lot and the front line of the main building or along any rear property line, nor to exceed three feet in height in any required front or street side yard or within 25 feet of any street corner... In R-1, R-2, and R-3 zones, or any Planned Development zone, no barbed wire shall be used...
