  • Ramp or encroachment permit required

    It is unlawful for any person to make, or to cause or permit to be made, any ramp or other encroachment upon any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public place without first obtaining from the superintendent of streets a written permit as provided in Sections 12.02.020 and 12.02.030.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to propel a skateboard on any ramp whose purpose is for the use of handicapped persons.

  • When signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to propel a skateboard on any public property.

  • Helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads required in city parks

    It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a skateboard, or permit a minor for whom he or she is responsible, to ride a skateboard in any city park unless the person, while riding the skateboard, is wearing a helmet, elbow pads and knee pads.
