Any conditions that are in violation of this Chapter must be abated or corrected within 48 hours of being reported to bin operator and/or property owner.

No collection bin shall be located in, or block or impede access to any of the following: Required parking or driveway areas; Pedestrian routes; Emergency vehicle routes; Building ingress and egress; Required accessibility routes; Required easements; Trash enclosure areas or access to trash bins or trash enclosures; Any place that would impede the functioning of exhaust, ventilation or fire extinguishing systems.
No collection bin shall be located on or within the public right-of-way, including alleys and sidewalks; or any area designated for landscaping.
