Subject to the distance and other requirements of this chapter, a cannabis facility may only be located on a property within the light industrial (LI) zone, heavy industrial (HI) zone, or any adopted specific plan that permits industrial uses, and following the application for and granting of a conditional use permit in accordance with this chapter.
