Lighting
- Building entry lighting3 foot-candles
Minimum lighting level for building entries of new multi-unit, retail, commercial, office, and institutional buildings shall be 3 foot-candles. Lights shall be 6 to 12 feet in height and shielded.
- Fixture shielding
Permanent exterior light fixtures emitting >900 lumens shall be concealed or shielded with IESNA full cut-off style fixture with angle ≤90 degrees.
- Lighting restrictions
Exterior lighting shall not blink, flash, or change color or intensity. Maximum lighting levels at property lines shall not increase more than 1.1 lumens/sq m 10 ft beyond property line or 5.4 lumens/sq m adjacent to non-residential or public ROW.

On-site pedestrian circulation system shall be lighted to a minimum of 2 foot-candles and a maximum of 3 foot-candles.
