Extracted standards

4 individual requirements pulled out of this section’s prose, each with the sentence it came from.

  • Parking location relative to street

  • Parking lot landscaping

Surface parking lots with >10 spaces must have shade trees in planters (min 4 ft wide). Lots >50 spaces divided into smaller lots of ≤50 spaces. Landscape buffer ≥10 ft between adjacent lots/structures unless common parking provided.

  • RV parking

Permanent parking for RVs, boats, etc. shall be located behind the front plane of the primary building. Not permitted in multi-unit or mixed-use zones.
