Density bonus

The project shall be granted a density bonus, the amount of which shall be as specified in California Government Code Section 65915 et seq.
- Parking reduction allowed
The applicant may request, and the city shall grant, a reduction in parking requirements in accordance with Government Code Section 65915(p).
