Facility will be screened from the public right-of-way by operating in an enclosed building or: 1. Within a surfaced area enclosed by a masonry wall at least 6 feet in height with a 10 foot landscaped strip; 2. At least 150 feet from property zoned or planned for residential use; 3. Meets all applicable noise standards in this section.
