Lots less than 50 feet wide but at least 100 feet deep may be combined if total frontage is at least 50 feet.
From the ordinance
lots exist not less than 100 feet deep but less than 50 feet wide, if 2 or more such contiguous lots... have a total frontage of not less than 50 feet, such lots may be treated and considered as one parcel.
