Every conditional use permit for a recreational trailer park in the C zone shall be subject to the following conditions. The recreational trailer park shall have an area of not less than 5 acres. The density of the recreational trailer park shall not exceed 30 lots per acre. No recreational vehicle lot shall have an average area of less than 1,000 square feet.
