- Maximum duration of caretaker mobilehome5 years
Any caretaker mobilehome shall be removed from the site prior to the end of 5 years from the date of the conditional use permit approval unless a lesser time period is specified by the commission.
- Review for compliance
Within one year subsequent to the granting of a conditional use permit for a mobilehome caretaker residence, and thereafter as needed, the director shall inspect such caretaker residence to insure compliance with all conditions of approval imposed by the planning commission.
