Chimneys, smokestacks, flues, vents, cooling towers, water tanks, church spires, belfries, cupolas, flagpoles, radio and television antennas, solar energy systems, wind energy conversion systems, wireless telecommunication facilities, and other structures approved by the director.
From the ordinance
The height limitations of this title shall not apply to the following: chimneys, smokestacks, flues, vents, and similar structures; cooling towers, water tanks, and similar structures; church spires, belfries, cupolas, and similar structures; flagpoles; radio and television antennas, and similar structures; solar energy systems; wind energy conversion systems, subject to the provisions of Article XI; wireless telecommunication facilities, subject to Article XIII; such other structures as may be approved by the director.
