The purpose and intent of the P Zone is to provide the means necessary to implement the city's general plan... No building in the P zone which is within 100 feet of any RR, SRR or R zone shall exceed a height of 2 stories or 35 feet, whichever is less. Maximum floor area ratio (FAR): 1.0.
